Greetings Miners!
Developmental News:
Board:
Our LCD board has been fabricated and it is now being integrated
with the Viper Interface board. Here is an image with all blocks connected:

2. We have completed the schematics of the AC Power metering
board, which will measure the power consumption of the miner board, and CAD is
on-going for it.
3. Schematics of the ATX power distribution board has been
completed and CAD is on-going. The power distribution for all miner cards will
be done through the distribution board.
4. ASIC board schematics almost complete, this is the miner
board which the chips will be placed on.
ASIC:
5. Timing closure has been done for the ASIC work.
6. Several IOs for DFT (Design for Testability) has been added,
these pins are used to debug the chips.
7. Full chip power optimized below 9W, this is for a single
chip.
MECHANICAL:
8. Enclosure drawings nearly finished, here it is in its current
state:

Tape-Out!
We are currently initiating tape-out at Global Foundries, meaning our chip design has been finalized and sent to the foundry for fabrication. This means we have now passed one of the biggest milestones for our development and we are very grateful you have brought us to this point. Rest assured this does not mean we will be resting while we are waiting for the chips, we intend to complete production as fast as possible and will continue to keep you informed every step of the way so stay tuned!
